Welcome to Kansas City's Largest Safe "Trick-or-Treat" Event. It is all about Halloween and our community. This year we are sponsored by the Zona Rosa Community Foundation, and we will be located at Zona Rosa in "The Grove" which is under the Marshalls Home Goods.
